100TH ANNIVERSARY OF MONZA CIRCUIT:
A VIDEO TRIBUTE OF ALFA ROMEO F1 TEAM ORLEN

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Monza Circuit, on Wednesday 7 September Alfa Romeo started a series of many tributes with an exciting video of Valtteri Bottas on board the Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN single-seater through the streets of Milan.

It’s a unique tribute to Italian motorsport and one of its most famous "temples" in the world. The Monza Circuit is the track where, on September 3, 1950, Alfa Romeo won the first Formula 1 title in its history with Nino Farina's Alfetta 158. The unbreakable bond between Alfa Romeo and Monza that was created on that day is renewed again this year.

With Finnish driver Valtteri Bottas at the wheel, the Formula 1 single-seater went through Milan, passing by some of the symbolic places of the city: Piazza Duomo, Piazza San Babila, Porta Nuova, the majestic Central Station, the CityLife district, the Portello - where in 1910 stood Alfa Romeo's first production site. Here, 112 years ago, under the name Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili, the Brand was introduced to the world, giving birth to an authentic and passionate automotive and sports legend.
